To educators


You know that our  job as teachers has been  changed to a  facilitators role .We all agree renaming our profession is  not what it matters. As a teacher  and an academic person I believe we have to modify our role and adapt instruction to any format that deliver the lesson to the learner in a constructive process.  At the same time, for  the benefit of the student teachers should introduce the lesson as an initial step ,spaced  by differentiated instructional  activities based on Garner’s theory of multiple intellegencies.
